Hi Vampire Lovers!

It’s been a minute since I’ve had time to check in with you all. I want to say a huge thank you to all of my readers for the incredible feedback and support I’ve been receiving! For those not up-to-date, the 9th book of my venomous vampire series, ALMOST HUMAN, has been released!

The newest book, ALMOST HUMAN NATURE, is full of thrilling battles, shocking twists, laugh-out-loud silliness, sexy seduction, heartbreaking loss, and heart-melting affirmations of love. All of my humans, vampires, and werewolves have been awfully busy! Reaction has been very positive to this epic conclusion to the 3rd trilogy, and I am so glad my readers are loving it! I truly appreciate the emails and Facebook messages, but don’t forget to leave reviews as well 😉

The ALMOST HUMAN novels are also divided into parts in Amazon KU as a series of episodic novellas. If you’re not quite caught up, you can find the full reading order here: ALMOST HUMAN reading order list

Can you believe Thanksgiving is already upon us? Hanukkah, Christmas, and the New Year won’t be far behind! Everyone is very busy preparing for celebrations…including my venomous vampires.

Surely, Cain is leaving the compound in the Hamptons on Long Island to make the trip up to Buffalo to prepare his estate for the annual vampire gathering. Fiona will be arriving from Ireland with all her chaotic exuberance to help him decorate and transform his quiet, stately mansion into a beautiful vision of winter loveliness covered in twinkling lights, evergreen boughs, crystal snowflakes, ribbons, and tinsel.

Once again, the plaque will be hung above the doorway that reads: All who come in peace are welcome within. Of course, the Crimson Coven patrolling the grounds will have to be extra diligent this year, since The United One, queen of the vampires, plans to attend…as long as the local werewolf pack is behaving. One can never tell where enemies might be lurking, but hopefully, such concerns can be put aside to enjoy reuniting with old friends and spending joyous time with loved ones.

Soon, I will be buried in a winter wonderland of snow up here on my forested mountaintop in upstate New York. Looking out at the snow-covered pines in the evening and hearing wolves and coyotes howling in the woods behind my house always brings to mind the scene of Cain, Mattie, and Allie outside testing flight limits over the snow, and Sindy appearing to race as a wolf through the woods. Then again, everything I see makes me think of some scene or other, Lol.

I am also always writing new ones in my head, trying to sneak in some time to scribble them in a notebook and eventually type them into a manuscript. Book 1 of the 4th trilogy is already well underway, and it’s going to be sooo good! I’ve been looking forward to writing this part of the story for a long time… I’m sure you’re all eagerly awaiting it too! I hope to have it out by the end of next year.

Until then, I wish all of you a joyous season and…
